Engaging Directly With Seniors Either Remotely or in Person
I have found that the best way to communicate with people is by speaking with them directly, but in order to reach more seniors, I knew I needed to engage with larger groups. I also knew, however, that some people would be most comfortable sharing their technology questions in a one-on-one setting. In the current pandemic environment, I’m also prepared to provide presentations and one-on-one counseling remotely.
